Brawley Tree Service provides professional tree services to residential and commercial customers in Brawley, CA and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service.
All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and our assessment of safety requirements. We reserve the right to decline or modify any job where safety, accessibility, or other conditions make the original scope impractical.
Written estimates are provided free of charge following an on-site assessment. Estimates are based on the information and conditions present at the time of the visit. If site conditions change or additional scope is discovered after work begins, we will notify you before proceeding with any changes that affect the price.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change after that period. Verbal quotes are not binding - all pricing must be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Work dates are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover crew scheduling costs, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless a different arrangement has been agreed to in writing prior to the job. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods as noted on your invoice. For larger commercial projects, we may require a deposit before work begins; this will be specified in your written agreement.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late payment fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through available legal remedies.

Some tree work may require permits from local authorities. It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether permits are required, unless we have agreed in writing to assist with this process. Brawley Tree Service is not liable for fines or delays resulting from unpermitted work where the customer was responsible for obtaining approvals.
We stand behind our work. If you have a concern about the quality of a completed job, contact us within 7 days and we will assess the issue and work to resolve it. This workmanship commitment does not cover damage caused by weather events, third-party actions, or conditions that existed before our work began.
We do not warrant the health or survival of trees that were diseased, drought- stressed, or otherwise compromised prior to our service. Our work is intended to address the specific scope agreed upon in writing.
Brawley Tree Service carries liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damage to underground utilities that were not disclosed to us prior to work beginning.

If a dispute arises from services provided by Brawley Tree Service, we ask that you contact us directly first so we have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
